Recruitment

HR Direction charges a fixed cost for coordinating single recruitment assignments. This cost is exclusive of advertising and any psychometric testing costs. A fixed cost gives clients more certainty and eliminates any conflict of interest when salary is negotiated.

Cost can range from $3,500 to $10,000 depending on a range of factors including; position level, likely number of applicants, the extent or our involvment, media options, etc. Please enquire directly for further information.

Advertising

HR Direction utilizes the free services of Adcorp for placing adverts in newspapers and the main internet websites.

A standard sized (10x8cm) black and white advertisement,
situations vacant, Press - Wed/Sat $600 + gst
Standard website advert - Seek (1 month) $165 + gst

Psychometric Testing

Costs depend on the number and type of tests selected. Tests include aptitude, ability and personality questionnaires.

Recruitment Project Management

Project Supervisor   $175 ph+ gst
Senior Consultant    $150 ph + gst
Consultant               $120 ph + gst
Administration          $ 80 ph + gst
